FAMILY BUFFET

    In the ninth century the location of Beihai Park was a lake, which was turned into a leisure place called “Celestial Island” for emperors and their families in the Liao Dynasty. In 1163, the place was expanded as a royal garden where the White Pagoda was built in 1651.
