What it is: Chinese & Japanese & Thai Restaurant

What we like about it:  Although it resembles a typical Chinese restaurant, it outshines most with a vast selection of Asian cuisine and sumptuous entrees.The 299-item menu presents a wonderful dilemma for a shrimp love faced with choosing among Szechuan, hot and spicy,kung pao,shrimp with mixed vegetables, shrimp with lobstersauce, Hunan,or shrimp with garlic sauce, to name a few.Chicken,beef  and Pork aficionados will be in the same quandary.It's all in the sqices, the emphasis,and the handpicking of ingredients,we are told.We selected Szechuan shrimp and were not disappointed.Not only were the shrimp large and meaty,but the hot,aromatic spices were pure bliss.Another plus was the price:$4.45,which included fresh vegetable, a choice of pork-fried or white rice,and a kettle of steaming tea.

Don't  miss the treatai:  Twenty-one chef's specialties that include the enticing and overwhelming Happy Family,a combination of roast pork,chicken, shrimp ,beef ,lobster and vegetables in brown sauce,and the delectable snow crab dish.Be certain you get a table upstairs -the surfaces are laminated,with scenic photographs of waterfalls and mountains that add to a pleasant dining experience.

Szechuan shrimp,  served with pork-fried rice,will cost you only $4.15 and includes a soda at Stone Dragon in Maple Shade.
