| Zhang Xiaoquan Scissors [edit this] | | Zhang Xiaoquan Scissors, a famous product of Hangzhou, is produced by Hangzhou Zhang Xiaoqua Scissors Factory with more than 300 years history. It is well-known around the world because of its super quality. Zhang Xiaoquan was a famous scissors maker in the 17th centry in China. A folk story said that Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty bought a set of Zhang Xiaoquan scissors and was very impressed by it. It used to serve as an imperial tribute in the Qing Dynasty and was called as “Palace Scissors”. In 1919, it won an award at a world fair.
