Wuyi Fragrant, also called “October White Rice Wine” is a well-known special product of Mountain Wuyi, which also serves as the wine commonly used in the local feasts. As it is usually brewed on October 10th of Chinese Lunar Calendar, the name “October White Rice Wine” was originated.
Wuyi Fragrant is brewed by local high-quality glutinous rice and spring, stored for more than three years; the wine color will become golden-yellow and red-brown gradually from the original light-yellow showing the natural sugar ingredient in wine during brewing. It can stimulate the appetite, release the fatigue and improve the health if you drink it properly. |
