The resplendent and magnificent building beside Zhongtian Plaza is famous China Mayor's Plaza. Just as its name implies, China Mayor's Plaza is a training center, conference center, information center and fellowship activity center for the mayors in the whole country. This is a generous gift presented by Guangzhou Municipal Government to more than 5,000 mayors in more than 600 cities in the whole country. The plaza was opened in February, 1997.
