Furong Holiday Resort

The Furong Holiday Resort is located at the mountain area north of Huadu District. The place was originally named Furong Cliff. Nowadays, there are more than 50 hotels and holiday inns, providing accommodations, food, drinks, shopping malls, entertainments and conference centres. Tourist attractions are scattered all over the resort.

The famous West Mountain Fall is also situated at the northeast corner of the reservoir, inside the holiday resort. The waterfall falls 100 metres down from the cliff, 30 metres more in width which is the biggest natural waterfall inside Guangzhou. It is also called the Dragon's Liquid since it is under the Dragon Temple on the cliff top. With the natural splash under the fall, the natural pool is thus reformed into a watering place which is the largest in Guangzhou district.
