Xihai Town

Located at Haiyan County, and constructed in 1958, Xihai Town renamed itself Xihai with the authorization of the State Council on May 15, 1995. Because the first atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb were made here, it is also known as “atom city”. At present, the town has a monument recording the above history.
