Known as “New Town of the Three Kingdoms” in history, Park of the Three-Kingdoms Ruins is situated at Sanshigang in the northwest suburbs of Hefei, 2.5 kilometers to the east of Mountain Jiming and on the north of the former river course of the Feihe River.
The park covers an area of 24 hectares, proclaimed as a city-level cultural relic by the Municipality in 1985. At present, there still remain 18 foundations of the rammed earth city wall, and everywhere within the town ruins are scattered fragments of bricks and tiles dating back to the Qin and Han Dynasties. A large number of weapons of the Han Dynasty have been unearthed here. The course of the city moat, which is 50 meters wide, is still visible around the town.
