Huguo Temple

Huguo Temple is situated in the southern of Tianchang County, occupying an area of more than 50mu with a construction area of nearly 5,000 square meters. It has been firstly constructed in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty and is one of the “a thousand classical temples” in China. Now it is a main open temple of the province. Huguo Temple is a garden like temple which has a reputation of “The Miniature Mountain Jiuhua”. In the temple, there are various kinds of halls, pavilions, towers and terraces. With flagrant flowers and green grass clustering around, which, make the place a famous scenic spot for religion in the eastern Anhui Province.
