Introduction of Huoqiu County

Huoqiu is located in the west part of Anhui Province, rest her head on the lofty Mountain Dabie in the south, tread on the torrential Huaihe River in the north. Borders on He'nan Province on the west; on the north, across the Huaihe River, is Fuyang City; adjoins Lu'an City and Shou County on the east; Jinzhai County is on her south.
 
Huoqiu County administers 33 towns, 682 administrative villages. The population is nearly 1,492,400. The county capital is Chengguan Town.
