Overseas Traffic History Museum

Initiated in 1959, and the only maritime museum in China, the Overseas Traffic History Museum consists of museum of Quanzhou's overseas traffic history, museum of chinaware for export, and museum of religious stone carvings. The ship and marine relics unearthed at Quanzhou Bay are displayed in it. The research center of Chinese overseas traffic history, a national academic research organization, is located in this museum.
