Longkong Cave

As an AAAA-level national scenic zone, Longkong Cave is located in Longkang Village, Yanshi Town, Xinluo District, Longyan City and 48 kilometers to Downtown Longyan. It belongs to karst landform and a mountain forest scenic zone with primeval karst caves.

The scenic zone covers an area of 10 square kilometers with Longkong Cave at its core. And it is one of the outsize karst caves already discovered in China. There are 8 halls, 16 sub-caves, a 2000-meter-odd-long tourist route, an area of 54 thousand square meters divided into upper, middle and floor layers in the wide open cave that is characterized by art gallery of abstract pictures of lime rock beddings.
