Xinghua Rice Noodle

As one of famous speciality products of Putian, Xinghua rice noodles are as white as snow and as thin as silk. Such an inexpensive and toothsome food is one of the earliest snacks of China, and enjoys a good market in Southeast Asia and Europe.
