Tiger Peak

Located southeast of Mountain Baotianman, by all accounts it derived its name because a hunter captured a tiger here. One of the main peaks in Mountain Funiu, it extends east to west with an altitude of 1,795m. The granite that constitutes the mountain could be dated back to 0.14-0.195 billion years ago. It is a place that has never suffered from damage of any kind and therefore there are numerous virgin forests on the mountain. Owing to destructions of the ecological system down the mountain, some rare tree species and animals could be found in this little heaven. In addition, various specimens of animals and plants, living in south or north, could be traced here.
