Liufang Garden

The bust of Wu Huanxian, one of the founders of the base area, former commander of the 28th Army Corps was erected here. Liufang (eternal) Garden was built in 1985 by the provincial committee and government of Henan Province in the 50th anniversary of his sacrifice. On the pedestal was written “Gong Xun Zhuo Zhu” (literally the distinguished achievements) by Li Xiannian, the former president of the country. On the back of the pedestal is the life account of the martyr. On the other two sides are the inscriptions from senior leaders like Xu Xiangqian, Han Zihua, Han Xianchu, Guo Shushen and so on.
