Qifeng Hill

Qifeng Hill is located in Xiahuang village of Chengdong town, which is 7 kilometers away from Wuming County in the east. In addition to Qifeng Hill, the whole scenic district also includes the bypassed Xiangshan River, Siling Hill, and Guangde Princess Temple. Rising above the ground and surrounded by a number of fields, the hill looks like a phoenix ready to fly up. Thus, it is named “Phoenix Flying Hill”. It is miraculous scenery formed by nature with a bending ring of stream surrounding the foot of a hill and a hole going through the upper part. The beautiful natural scenery and pavilions on the hill have attracted many high-ranking officials and men of letters to come and leave their inscriptions on the rocks.
