Five Holy Spirits Temple

Located in Tuanjie Jie of Pumiao Town, Yongning District, Nanning City, and as a city-level protected unit, the Five Holy Spirits Temple has always been a holy place for visitors and the locals to burn incense and worship holy spirits. The five holy spirits worshipped in the temple are Northern Emperor (Xuanwu), Goddess of Heaven (Matsu), Dragon Mother (Longmu), General of Fubo, and Triloka, who were placed in all directions of the temple. It was rare in the history of Taoism to have such a temple dedicated to five gods at the same time, which exactly reflected the mercy the local people had. That is why up till now, the temple is still a holy place for Taoism followers to make pilgrimages and an attraction for visitors.
