Climate

The climate in Liupanshui is very nice and its space climate is obvious, the average annual temperature is 12-14℃, the annual rainfall is 1200-1400mm. In winter it is not frozenly cold and in summer it is not severely hot. The elevation of city center is 1,800 meters, the average temperature in summer is 19.8℃, so it is the best summer resort. It is called the Cool City, because there are 223 days all the year around on or above the cool and comfortable level.
