Miao Village

Leishan County within the boundaries of northeastern part of Xi Jiang Town.

Miao Village has the reputation of “the capital of Miao”. It is also the provincial level historical city (town). It is one of the thirteen protected and constructed national villages and towns in the entire province. It is famous and was referred to as the cultural art centre of Miao national minority. It is “living fossil” for studying the history and culture of the Miao national minority.
