Qianling Park

Located about 1.5 kilometers northwest of Guiyang City, Qianling Park is always regarded as “the first mountain in southern Guizhou”.

In the park are tall and old trees, clear springs and peculiar stones, and it comprises many mountains such as Mountain Elephant King, Mountain Tanshan, Mountain White Elephant and Mountain Daluo. More than 1,500 species of plants inhabit the mountain, in addition to over 50 species of birds and groups of macaques. The park has many historic sites, such as Wangzhu Kiosk, Kylin Grotto, Hongfu Temple, Old Buddha Grotto, and Scraped Cliff in the shape of the Chinese Word “Tiger”.
