Five-Linked-Pond Attraction

Situated in Wudalianchi City, Five-Linked-Pond Attraction is of volcanic geological nature.

It has been known as Volcanic Garden, comprising Five Lakes, Ten Mounds, Four Hills and Stone Dragon Lava Mesa. Volcanoes broke out at different times in history, and the lava cut off the Baihe branch of the Narhe River, causing the formation of five barrier lakes. The lakes are closely linked together like five beads, resulting in its name Five-Linked-Pond.

Blended with green mountains, the lakes create many beautiful views like cloud and mist over warm moor, sea of stone, lava, stone ponds, reflection of volcano in water, ice crack in three ponds, sound of waves against rocks, boiling spring in birch woods and so on.
