Bohai Dynasty Ruins

Bohai Dynasty Ruins are located insufficient 20 kilometer apart from the Chingpo Lake; Ning'an City Bohai Sea Town has been listed as the national key cultural relic preservation organ. According to the literature record, Bohai Sea Ruins were a local feudalism state power, which primarily established by the Gege race during the glorious age of Tang Dynasty. Its history may trace to more than 1,300 years ago. In the history book they have reputation called “wonderful land in eastern coastal region of China”. In 713 A.D., Emperor Xuanzong in Tang Dynasty conferred rank and titled its leader great Zuorong to left General. The State commanding officer title was given in change of five counties and Huhan State. From this time on it was specially called “Bohai Sea”. It remained relation with the Tang Dynasty for the official under the emperor. In 755 A.D., Bohai Sea Dynasty moved to the Bohai Sea Town and set up the capital “Dragon spring state”. It was defeated in 926 A.D. Yuan by the Qidan race. It successfully lasted fifteen countries for 229 years. Bohai Sea Dynasty governed an area: west area to Fuyu, Nong'an, Kaiyuan, Tieling, north to Heilongjiang——the Songhua River downriver, south to Xinluo (now North Korea), east to Sea of Japan. Altogether it composed 5 capitals, 15 government offices, and 62 states. The east Dan was rebuild By Qidan after defeating Bohai Sea. In order to suppress the Bohai Sea people's revolt and cause them to put behind the native land. Qidan people burned the “Dragon spring state”. The native country ruins remained as following: Shangjing Dragon spring state ruins, the well site, the forbidden site, the street world site, the temple site, the ancient grave, ancient bridge and the prosperous temple. The main relic has Shi light site, the big stone Buddha, and the Buddhist relics, big stone turtle, the writing tile and so on.
