Ingredients
1 cup chopped whole natural almonds
1/3 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup golden raisins, chopped
1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/3 cup dry sherry
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Muenster cheese
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. seasoned salt
¼ cup chopped parsley

Directions
Spread almonds in shallow pan. Toast at 350 degrees, 15 minutes, or until lightly browned; cool. Combine dates, raisins, apricots and sherry, tossing well to combine; set aside. Blend cream cheese, Muenster cheese, mustard and salt; mix well. Stir in ½ cup almonds and cherry-fruit mixture. Turn out onto foil. Shape into a log; cover and chill until firm. Roll in remaining almonds and parsley before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
