Ingredients 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen, coarsely chopped 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp. ORANGE ZESTO 1/2 cup orange juice 2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1 egg Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease muffin tins. Combine cranberries, 1/3 cup sugar, ORANGE ZESTO and orange juice. Set aside. Mix dry ingredients together. Set aside. Cream margarine, one cup sugar and egg in large bowl. Add cranberry mixture and dry ingredients. Mix until just blended and spoon into muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 18 medium muffins.
