| | Daishan Lake [edit this] | | 57 km from Hefei, Daishan Lake is located on the borders between Feidong County and Quanjiao County.
The Daishan Lake scenery area has a total area of 19 square kilometers, of which 6 square kilometers are covered by water. The Swan Island in the center of the lake occupies an area of 12 hectares. The whole scenery area is divided into the following parts: holiday-making and recreation center, water sports center, angling center, religious culture center, camping site, hunting ground, VIPs' cultural zone and sightseeing agricultural park.

| Bao Gong's Tomb [edit this] | | Bao Gong's Tomb is located on the southern bank of the Baohe River, being one of the few well-preserved tombs of well-known officials in ancient China. The remains of Bao Zheng, his wife, and their offspring were all buried here. In 1956, it was listed as a key cultural relic site under the protection of Anhui Provincial Government. The tomb is characterized by an atmosphere of solemnity and tranquility.

| Bao Gong Park [edit this] | | Bao Gong Park lies in the southeastern part of the old town, with an area of 31.8 hectares. The landscape along the Baohe River ranks at the top of the ten scenic sights in Hefei. It is the place for people to go for sightseeing or pay a tribute to Bao Zheng.
Known as Lord Bao, Bao Zheng, who styled himself Xi Ren, was a famous corruption-free official in the Northern Song Dynasty. He was born in Hefei in 999 A.D., and died in 1062 A.D.. He was rewarded with a posthumous title “Xiao Su”(filial piety and solemnity) by the emperor. | Edit by: Dorothy | |
| Bao Gong Temple [edit this] | | Bao Gong Temple is located on the Fragrant Flower Mound in Baohe Park. Built for the first time in 1066 A.D., the temple is the primal model in memory of Bao Zheng both at home and abroad. The existing Bao Gong Temple was reconstructed with the money donated by Li Hongzhang, the governor-general of Zhili (now Hebei) in the 8th year (1882 A.D.) of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. In 1961, it was proclaimed to be a key cultural relic site under the protection of Anhui Provincial Government.

| Anhui Provincial Science & Technology Museum [edit this] | | Anhui Provincial Science & Technology Museum is located in Hefei High and New Technology Development Zone. It enjoys a leading position in Anhui and has become a model unit compared with other science & technology museums in China.
The floor space is nearly 4,000m2, with 150 pieces (sets) of different interactive exhibits demonstrating interesting characteristics of science and knowledge. Some of the exhibits are outstanding ones compared with those in other national and even international science & technology museums.
