| | The serene form of the East Cliff [edit this] | | Dongyan Cliff situates on top of a cliff to the east of Zhongting and to the north of Huixiang Cabinet. There is a huge granite similar to a boat in old times, which is 10 meters high, 20 meters long and 10 meters wide anchoring on top of the North Cliff. Wang Yangming's handwriting “Heart of clouds”, “Boat in cloud” were graved on the rock. It is said it's where Jin Dizang used to practice meditation. Later on, Wang Yangming imitated him and sat there all day along, enjoying the mountain and listening to splash of springs, collecting the inspiration for his poem, sitting on the rock, therefore the legend has been handed down. | Edit by: ch | |

| The mountain scenery by the Five Streams [edit this] | | Wuxi is the north gate of Mountain Jiuhua. Longxi, Piaoxi, Shuxi, Caoxi, Lianxi and five streams meet at the mouth of Liuquan. After crossing the 318 National highway, the water pour northward into the Yangtze River. Standing on the Wuxi Bridge, overlooking Mountain Jiuhua, one will see delicate peaks upon each other in flying clouds. Watching the green water and streams at their foot, plus their reflection in the green water. The scenery is so unmatched that no one will not be taken aback by the excellent view. When Emperor Yuanwen was passing here, he was shocked by the beaulty and wrote a poem: “Seen the picture of Jiuhua, I doubted it was in Jiangnan? Today enjoyed on the bridge.
