Located in Shouning County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, and 150 kilometers to Downtown Ningde, Shouning Woven Timber Arch Lounge Bridge is constructed with straight timbers interwoven together in the shape of rainbow with houses built on the bridge locally called “House Bridge”.

According to textual research, there are now only 100-odd woven timber arch lounge bridges in actual existence throughout the country. Shouning County boasts 19 of them and is one of the counties that have discovered largest number of woven timber arch lounge bridges. The bridges can be traced back to Ming Dynasty, Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China era, and postliberation. They are extremely rare in China, and Shouning is praised as “Hometown of woven timber arch lounge bridges of the world” by the famous bridge expert Tang Huancheng, the author of “History of Chinese Science and Technology——Bridge Volume”.

Sandu'ao Strait Fishery Resort is a national demonstration area of agricultural tourism. Located in the southeast of Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, Fujian Province, 30 kilometers to Downtown Ningde, and at the entrance to the coastal East Fujian, it is a natural harbor rarely seen all over the world.

Sandu'ao covers a sea area of 714 square kilometers with 73 kilometers of water coastline that runs over 10 meters deep. In the scenic zone of Sandu'ao that covers an area of around 120 square kilometers, there are scenic spots of Sandu Island, Qingshan Island, Doumu Island, Mountain Rooster Island, Mountain Penholder, Fishing Boats on Sea, Xiahu Beach etc.

Located in Tingping Folk-custom Village, She Nationality Township of Jinhan, Ningde City, Fujian Province, and 5 kilometers to the exit of Shenhai Expressway. It is listed as Fujian special tourist route of “China Folk Customs & Peoples, and She Nationality Romantic Feeling” by National Tourism Administration. Buildings in the Palace include Zhongyong King Palace, Longtou Ancestral Wand, Altar, and Cultural Relic Hall etc.

Ningde City is a habitation area of She Nationality, with distinct and exotic traditional culture of She Nationality, its language, folk songs, costumes, and customs. Cultural Relic Hall covers a construction area of 1,200 square meters and is divided into Preface Hall, History Hall, Romantic Feeling Hall and Modern Times Hall.

Mountain Taimu Resort is a major scenic resort of the country and a national geology park located in Fuding City which borders Fujian and Zhejiang Provinces, 118 kilometers to Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province in the north, 200 kilometers to Fuzhou City in the south. And it covers a total area of 300 square kilometers.

Peaks of Mountain Taimu are odd and precipitous. Most of them are 500-1000 meters high above sea level. There are 54 peaks and 360 sights in total. Reputed as the Place of Celestial Beings and Buddha by the ancients, it is a time honored famous mountain of culture with a great number of historic relics and spots. There are major scenic spots of Mountain Taimu Sacred, Qingchuan Seacoast, Fuyao Isles, Jiuli Stream Waterfalls, Cuijiao Ancient Village Houses etc.

Mandarin Duck Stream is a major scenic resort of the country and national geology park located in the northeast of Pingnan County, Fujian Province and 25 kilometers to the county seat, reachable northward from No.202 Provincial Road of Fuzhou, and it belongs to gorge-like natural areas composed of volcanic rocks.

Mandarin Duck Stream is 18 kilometers long, 10-100 meters wide, and covers an area of 66 square kilometers. The rock walls on both banks of the Stream are nearly vertical in the height of about 200-600 meters. In the scenic spot of Mandarin Duck Stream, there are most waterfalls in China, among which Baizhangji Water Curtain Cave is most spectacular, and it is ranked at the “Top of Five Largest Water Curtain Caves in China”. The scenic zone of Mandarin Duck Stream consists of Baishuiyang Water Square, Yiyang, Mandarin Duck Lake, Liugong Rock, Taibao Building. There are over 280 scenic spots such as Baishuiyang Water Square, Heaven Pillar Peak, Fairies Feasting on Grains at Ding Pond, Small Hukou Waterfall, Baizhangji Water Curtain Cave, Shamao Rock etc.
