    The world-shaking T-shaped Painting on Silk from Han Tomb No.1 at Mawangdui was discovered in 1972. The entire painting on silk is in the shape of the letter T, with wide upper part and narrow lower part. The contents of the painting on silk can be divided into three large parts: the heavenly world, the human world and the underworld.

    This “Lan Ting Xu” scroll currently in the possession of Hu'nan Provincial Museum was originally attributed to Chu Zhuliang. This scroll used silk paper for the main text. Because its color was brown, it is also known as “the brown silk paper scroll”. Its length is 24.5 cm and its width 65.6cm. Below the words “this article” in the last line are two vague red seals “the seal of Fu” and “Zi-you”.

    The artifact is emerald green and its body is slightly rectangular-shaped, with the mouth a little larger than the bottom. It has two erect ears and the upper part of its four columnar legs has an animal mask design. The four sides of the outer surface of the body are decorated with bas-relief human face masks. Around each human face mask can be found cloud and thunder patterns.

    Using the form of semi-panorama gallery reappearance varied situation about ancient Changsha kingdom and funeral ceremony holding for Xunzhui. Waking into here, visitor can feel the great scene of fierce fighting and war between Chu and Han, the flourishing society of ancient Changsha, extravagant life of kings and nobles, and the grand funeral for lady Dai.

    The archeologists and historians organized by Hu'nan provincial museum conducted fully research and demonstration about the headgear and clothes of Xin Zhui, and other funeral objects, as well as relative historical materials. Then they designed her image of whole body surrealistically to build this replicated sculpture of Marquis of Dai “Xin Zhui”. She looks elegant and poised.
