Tianxin Pavilion is situated in the southern part of the city proper of Changsha City.
    It is made up of three storeys and supported by 60 stakes. The main and subsidiary pavilion are decorated with carved granite in patterns like lion, cucurbit, plum blossom, bamboo, lotus, carriage, horse, dragon, and so on. Along the eaves, there are old-time sculptures of unique shapes such as huge legendary turtles raising their heads, bronze bells in the figure of phoenix, and ten kissing dragons.
