Strange Slope is situated on the western side of Maoshan Hill in Qing Shuitai Town, Xin Chengzi District in the northeast part of Shenyang City, discovered in April 1990.
    It is 80m long and 15m wide downhill from the west to the east. It is called Strange Slope, because a vehicle will slide upward along the slope without being started; while, on the contary, people have to start the engine and drive down the slope.
