The Washing My Ribbon Pavilion over the water is the best viewing place in the garden. The idea come from a fisherman's song the works of Mencius saying, “If the water of the Cang Lang River is clean wash the ribbon of my hat. If the water of the Cang Lang River is dirty, I wash feet.” The same is true the name of the garden “Master-of-Nets”.
