Zhuozhou Imperial Rice

    Since the Tang Dynasty, Zhuozhou rice had been used for imperial rice, so it's also called “yumi (the imperial rice)”. Yumi is so white like jade, which is lucency, the cooked rice grain long but not breaked, the perfume very strong, and the cooked water of the rice clear.
