Nine Cave Skies Scenic Area

Located at Bijie Region, Anshun, Nine Cave Skies Scenic Area is outstanding in terms of its beautiful water caves.

The scenic area has nine cave skies together in a shape of a long snake with each cave sky consisting of one water, one cave and one sky. Fell into place, they are Moon Palace Sky, Thunderbolt Sky, Golden Light Sky, Jade Heaven Sky, Gourd Sky, Elephant King Sky, Yunxiao Sky, Treasure Sky and Grand Sight Sky. These nine cave skies integrate gourd streams, canyons, cave skies, overbridges and natural holes, and are reputed as “Chinese Karst cyclopedia” by experts on Karst landform both at home and abroad.
