Wupai River originates from Mao'er Mountain and the south of Jinzi (gold-purple) Hill, with narrow riverbed, great fall, rushing flow, many beaches and deep ponds, zigzag river-road and huge waves. The old trees with twisting roots and curling beards are found on both banks. Strange stones and rocks look like the carvings and pictures. Today the river has been developed for drift. With 100m fall and natural river-road, it attracts more and more people to come here for challenge. The Chinese National General Gymnasium Bureau held the China (Wupai River) Drift Invitation Contest in 2001. You will have an exciting and memorable trip. |
