Wuyi Palace Scenic Zone

The 3.5-square-kilometer scenic zone forms the heart of the Mountain Wuyi Scenic Resort. It features not only a natural landscape but also many man-made scenic spots. There mainly include the Memorial hall of Zhu Xi, a museum, the Memorial hall of Liu Yong, Wanchun Park, Great King Peak, Manting Peak, Huangu Crag, Sangu Rock, Xianhe Crag, a street built in the style of the Song Dynasty, and Fengyunjuhui. It is a scenic zone comprising landscapes, architecture, gardening art, history, culture, food, tea, and shopping.

Shaonu (maiden) Peak presents a wonderful scenery. Looking west from the holiday resort, one can see a mountain peak rising among other peaks like a graceful girl lying on her back.
