Head-Shaped Bone Carving (Neolithic Age)

Unearthed in 1982 from Hejiawan in Xixiang County, Shaanxi Province. This piece was made of animal bone. Its five sense organs are clearly shaped and the proportion is accurate. It is the earliest bone head-shaped carving found in China.
