Kneeling Archer (Qin Dynasty)

Unearthed in 1977 from the Pit No.2 of the tomb of Emperor Qin Shihuang at Lintong District, Shaanxi Province. It wears armour and it is in half-kneeling posture. The body is slightly leaning to the left, and the eyes gaze forward. The whole figure kneels and prepares to perform archery.
