Tongjing Gorge Scenic Zone is regarded as “Small Sanxia(the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River)” , lies beside the Yulin River in the eastern part of Yubei District.
    It is made up of Wentang Gorge, Tongjing Gorge and Eagle Gorge. With the scene “Apes of Tongjing Gorge” toping among the Twelve Scenes in Chongqing, it is praised highly as a “Natural Museum” by the public and as “Wuling Fairyland” by literati and scholars at all times.
