Water-Drinking Festival

On the occasion of the Dragon Boat Festival, the citizens in Wudalianchi City enjoy their Water-Drinking Festival. It is the grandest festival here, and the city government allows the people to have a three-day holiday. Before the festival, the people all wait at the fountains for the coming of the festival.
