Nanyue Health Pancake

Nanyue Health Pancake enjoys a long history of over four thousand years. It was originated from “Wanshu Pancake”, which was called “Wanshou Pancake” after the introductions of various bribes. In incense season or religious ritual, the pancakes are used as offerings. This is a long-term convention, and the Health Pancake here is well know at home and abroad. This kind of pancake is made with the modern technology with the introduction of health-preserving methods of Buddhists and Taoists with excellent cultivations in Nanyue. Nanyue Cloudy Tea

Nanyue Cloudy Tea enjoys a long history and great reputations. High above in the places with altitude of 500-1000 meters, Nanyue owns over 7,000 mu tea garden. Nanyue Health Alcohol

In the end-stage of Qing Dynasty, the famous Dr. Luo went to mountain to gather herbs, came across a old hurt Taoist, and cured him. To extend the appreciation for him, the Taoist presented the secret recipe in the Taoist temple to him. After devoted research, Dr. Luo brewed the mediated wine finally, which was widely used in the folk. Due to its roles of healthy Ckeeping and aging-resistant, it was called “Health Wine” by people. “Health Wine” enjoys the advantages of distinctive recipe, pure fragrance and pleasant taste, and has achieved great reputations. It is a component of Nanyue Culture.

Chinese Goosebeery

The local people commonly call it tenglizi. The fruit wall is brown and the meat is light green. The nutrition value of it is rather high. The content of vitamins in it is 6 to 8 times of that of oranges. Besides, it can cure various diseases. It tastes sour and has cold property. The main roles of it are to waste thirst, cure toxic heat, help digestion, cure diarrhoea and stranguria caused by the passage of urinary stone as well as liver inflammation. It is mature in the period from early period o August and late period of October and tastes better after frosting.
