Qinghui Garden

Qinghui Garden is located at Qinghui Road of Daliang Town, Shunde, is reputed as four famous gardens of Guangdong Province. And it's also a provincial level historical relic under protection.

Originally, this garden was founded by Huang Shijun, No.1 Scholar during late Ming Dynasty. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, high-grade scholar Long Yingshi purchased it. Afterwards, it was built out by descendents of Long clan, and then finalized up to the early days of the Republic of China. In the nineties, Shunde municipal Party committee has lauched to repair it on a large scale, tried to restore it to the original state.

Buildingsin Qinghui Garden are fine architecture archievement. It brings viewers a pleasing picture with all the pillars, yards and twisted corriders. Laid out within a limited area by the house, the garden provide visitors with different views at different position. Buildings here exhibit a great variety of designs that are elegant and homely. In the garden, there are many ornamentary pottery, plastic statues, root sculptures and glasses. One can pick up couplets, fine art works which reflects the taste of ancient literary figures at any place here. Encountering fine rockery, babbling streams, old gingko, spring blossom and dancing willow, one is ultimately part of the scenic spot. Walking leisurely on the bridge, one sees fished playing cheerful in the green weave. Stepping into the path between flowers, one smell the fragrance of fresh flavor from the erect trees and beautiful flowers. From time to time, remote Cantonese opera with the playing of orchestral music is heard. Being in the garden, no one is willing to go.

Qinghui Garden is a microcosm of the world made of Ming, Qing culture, ancient Lingnan garden architecture, Jiangnan garden and Pearl Delta Area water village. In a word, it is a fairyland resort carrying the flavor of poem and painting.

Mountain Xiqiao

Mountain Xiqiao, a famous mountain in South Guangdong Province, is not only a national scenic spot but also a national forest park and a provincial tourist resort. It has a reputation as beign “Lighthouse of the Peal Civilization”, “Mountain of natural science in South Guangdong” and “Hometown of Wong Feihung”. Mountain Xiqiao has 72 peaks, 48 deep caves of mystery, 28 waterfalls of splashing drops, more than 200 springs and numerous valleys and winding brooks. The natural scenery of Mountain Xiqiao is tranquil and beautiful and a culture of tourism goes back to ancient times there are ten tourist spots displaying distinctive features. They are the Mountain itself, the Cultural Center of National Buddhism Guanyin, the Holy Place of Huang Daxian, the Lion Dance and Martial Art Gallery of Wong Feihung, White Cloud Cave, Tianhu Park, Jasper Cave, Stone Swallow Cliff and Nine Dragons Cliff. These all enhance one another's beauty resulting in a haven of peace ideal for vacation and relaxation.

Mountain Zhaomu

Mountain Zhaomu is located 28 kilometers to the southwest of Gaoming and is one of “The Eight Resorts of Foshan”. The highest peak of Mountain Zhaomu has an altitude of 805 meters and thus claims the title of the No.1 peak of Foshan City. On the mountain live a large number of wild animals, such as boars and antelopes. It is an ideal choice for those who like adventure travel.
