| | The Manor of Datun Ruler [edit this] | | The Tatun ruler of Yi nationality manor is located 250 kilometers northwest from Guiyang and is 80 kilometers north from Bijie City. It is a grand scale manor and is one of the best preserved Ruler of Yi nationality manors.
It faces east and sits west and was constructed according to the contour of the mountain with brick fence surrounding all four sides. It was equipped with 6 earth blockhouses along the fence.
The entire construction was divided into three main constructions namely the left, center and right. The porch links up the whole building. Part of the constructions imitates Japan Tang Zhaodi temple style. | Edit by: Tom | |
| Tianhe Pond [edit this] | | Tianhe Pond (Tianhe Tan) is located near the Di Village of Shiban Town, along upstream of Huaxi River. The distance is 13 kilometers from Huaxi Town and 24 kilometers from Guiyang. There is a “stone bridge” naturally formed lava, hence the name “Tiansheng Bridge”.
The height of the bridge is 25 meters, the length is 20 meters and the width is approximately 35 meters. When looking up at the pedestrians and vehicles passing through the bridge from the bottom of the canyon, they look as if walking on the sky.
Near the side of the bridge is a big burrow with diameter of 50 meters and surrounding the city. On the burrow wall, the bines set off one another, the birds and sparrow making friends. The deep pool water is at the bottom of the pond.

| Weining Grass Sea [edit this] | | Weining Grass Sea is located 155 kilometers northwest from Guiyang. The area has an elevation of 2,200 meters near Weining County.
The area is full of perching long-tailed pheasant, white paunch chicken, egret, goose and wild duck and some other 100 types of precious waterfowls on top of birds and beasts. It is also the perching place of the red-crowned crane, the black neck crane and the white stork.
Presently, it is the only place where the black neck crane plateau perches in winter every year. The autumn grass sea blossoming in the lake is a beautiful sight; the yellow, red and white petals of the flowers float along with the flow of the water in the lake and the sight is enchanting like a fairyland. | Edit by: Tom | |
| Shuanghe Karst Caves [edit this] | | Shuanghe Karst Caves Group (Shuanghe Rongdongqun) is located in the Suiyang Tongluo village, approximately 267 kilometers north of Guiyang. The cavern system roughly takes the shape of a network, the water cave and the dry cave still remained and was in large scale with complex structure.
There are three storeys and was divided into the upper, middle and lower floor. There are 8 main caves, 3 main underground rivers and dozens of caves branches. The cavern is in environmental good condition with the temperature maintaining around 13℃- 15℃ throughout the year.
The main tunnel provides a magnificent sight and the underground rivers landscape is mysterious and enchanting. The limestone cave length is 35.2 kilometers; the third is the gypsum crystal occupying nearly 10,000 square meters. The environment is primitive and exquisite with strong village culture and atmosphere.
The beautiful countryside, forest, hot spring and so on natural scenery are scattered all around. It is a unified scenic spot composing of mountain, water, cave, forest and underground rivers. | Edit by: Tom | |
| South River Canyon [edit this] | | South River Canyon has fragrant forest area and the forest area cover rate is 90%. It is the part that forms the forest belt around Guiyang City. The scenic area of Dazhuanwan waxberry is famous in the world.
