A traditional local product of Chun'an. It is a kind of wild farina attracted from high mountain wild kudzu. It was listed as an article of tribute in Ming Dynasty. It is easy to eat kudzu powder. Add some hot water of adequate quantity in the kudzu powder and stir it, then you could eat it. It is a good food in summer.
