It is said that Nǚwa finished mending the sky and her fingers became peaks. That is Mountain Lingshan or Mountain Wufeng (5 Peaks). Located in Caiyuan Town, Qian'an City, Mountain Lingshan is famous for its natural beauty, tranquility, rare peaks, strange rocks, good fountains and clear water.

Colorful stones dotted everywhere in Mountain Lingshan are various-shaped and hard. It is said that these stones were left by Nǚwa when she mended the sky. They didn't become stars in the sky and had to stay in Mountain Lingshan.

At the foot of Mountain Lingshan stands a white dagoba in which there is a well called “Saint Water Well”. Spring water spills from it all year round. The water, cool in summer and warm in winter, tastes sweet. Emperor Tang Taizong had the White Dagoba Temple built behind the dagoba. For more than one thousand years, many pilgrims have been here to worship the gods. When you climb up, you seem to see Emperor Qin Shihuang's majesty. When you are in Nǚwa Palace, you will come to view that Nǚwa made men out of yellow clay, killed harmful birds and beasts to save innocent people, cut the legs of a giant turtle to support the four corners of the sky and melted colorful stones to mend the sky. When you are in leisure, you look at the waterfall afar and listen to the sounds of nature.

The Juxian Valley, formerly called Daxian Valley and located on the west side of Mountain Yaodai (Mountain Yudai), a stretching branch of Mountain Yan, northeast of Fengrun District, is 3 kilometers long with five valleys.

Legend says that Mountain Yaodai was shouldered here from the East Sea by Erlang God. Shrouded by auspicious clouds all year round it looks like an emperor's belt around it. Thus it is called Mountain Yudai (emperor's belt). One day, Heavenly Queen Mother went down here for a tour. She was careless and her gold hairpin fell down. Mountain Taodai was cut open and a great valley was formed. The valley is deep and long with a vertical cliff like a knife cutting. The local people didn't dare to go to the valley for there were many strange beasts, snakes, foxes and wolves in it. Jade Emperor ordered some celestial generals stationed here to guarantee safety of the local people. Many immortals came here to practice, too. Since then, the natural scenery in the valley has been beautiful, and local people are safe to come and go.

The Juxian Valley has seasonal views. In spring all flowers are in full bloom and all grasses are green. In summer soft breezes kiss your face and birds' singing comes to your ears. In autumn all are colorful. In winter pines are coated with snow and rocks with frost. In the valley there are stone portraits like Mountain God Protecting, Incense Burning, Guava, Calling Gods and others. Dragon Eye Saint Fountain with sweetness in its southern end and bitterness in its northern end was built in the Tang Dynasty. Now many pilgrims go to Jade Emperor Temple to worship the gods. During the Anti-Japanese War, Papa Cave and Mother Cave made great Contributions to protecting local people. Every scenic spot will tell you an excellent story.

Golden Sand Island, with its former name of Net Weaving Island, is an arc-shaped island made up of 11 sandy cams.

It is 13.5 kilometers long covering 3.25 square kilometers. Its widest place is 250 meters. This island looks like a huge ship anchored among the great waves, or a large whale floating on the seawater. Legend says that when the 8 Immortals crossed the sea, Han Xiangzi cast a net, but it was leaky. Sandy dams below formed and draw some phoenix. Thus its former name is Net Weaving Island. It is said that the place where a phoenix goes is gull of treasure, but up to now none has dug out any treasure under the ground.

On Golden Sand Island there is a lake, and an island is in this lake, making a wonderful view on the sea. The width of this island is changing continuously with waves rising and falling. Full of soft sands, it looks like a golden ribbon stretching its way into the clear sea under the sun. The long and narrow island separates the nearby sea into inner sea and outer sea. The outer sea is a natural seaside resort with golden sand and clear water; the inner sea is an ideal place for fish, crabs, prawns and scallops. In May and November large groups of red-crowned cranes and gray cranes come to this island. Countless seagulls fly low for food. If you are luck, you can meet gray-mouthed gulls, tare in the world.

The west tip of this island is the main seaway through which fishermen go out to fish and return with sea products. Accompanied by flying seagulls, they sing songs.

If you can't swim, you can float with the waves. The water beyond 300 meters from the seashore is only 2 meters deep and many great waves appear here.
